Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We have two TVs in our house; we are thinking about ordering 3 or even 4 in our Class A. Is that nuts? Do you use all 4 or do you wish you had not gotten one for the outside, one in the windshield, one by the refrigerator.. Any thoughts? Thanks Randy and Pam
We will be leaving for Florida December 5....as Larry's last day of work will be December 4. He will be retired and off we will go as fulltimers, and we are so happy, and excited. We've got the MH packed and ready, and other than filling the refrigerator with stuff we are ready to roll. After 38 years wi...
We're on our way to Rockport/Port Aransas area for a few days on our way down to the Rio Grande Valley and wondered if you guys had some good recommendations of campgrounds in that area.
Was reading some campground reviews and had to let ya'll know about The Ponderosa in S. Central CO. It is on Hwy 17 about 15 miles west of Antonito. Beautiful campgrounds, backs up to national forest, on the Conejos river (with lots of trout). They are closed now. I think they reopen in May. You do n...
Saw this on another website and bought a couple. It is an inflatable wedge pillow. Really comfortable (think it was designed by a physiotherapist) and deflates for easy storage when not in use. We use them outside and on the couch when watching TV. You can check it out at www.wondawedge.com. L...

I believe I have already settled on the Fifth Wheel as the most suitable for my needs...what I am confused about is tow capacity. I hear conflicting remarks on what truck should be used with what fifth wheel. I want a fifth wheel I can tow easily with no more than a F350 truck. But, I need a fifth wheel that i...

Has anyone done or seen a box truck (i.e. Ryder or similar moving type truck) converted into an RV? If it is done right it would look just like a factory RV, have plenty of head room, and be affordable and durable.
I was researching 2 story RV's and came across this company that makes trailers for entertainers, business, emergency services, and Rv'ers: North American Trailer Company Ltd.(Jexcar)www.jexcar.comThey have a 2 story model named "Monolith" that is quite impressive (retractable...
Hi folks, I was reading the recent posts and someone mentioned moving into a parkmodel, in one of their favorite spots, when they decided they'd had enough of the road. The question is this, has anyone out there done this? It does seem like a good alternative to quitting the lifestyle, at any po...
