Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

I just received a 'private message' from celinesky which I think is not only inappropriate but most likely spam or a scam. How would you suggest I proceed?

I called direct tv yesterday to have the local channels reset from my home base to my present location (Custer,SD). I've done this several times before, their response was no can do, against FCC regulations. I explained that I have done this many times before, still no can do. My question is, does any...
So, since we have nothing better to do than walk the dogs and observe the other campers, we have made a funny observation.... Campers pull in. (5-er, TT, MH....) Wife jumps out. Instantly. Some are actually helpful and give good direction, some stand where husband cannot even see them and wave their...

Has anyone ever stayed here? We're looking for a place to park for 8 weeks while my broken foot heals (fell down the steps from the BR to the LR in the 5ver last week). My brain is fried from reading so many websites regarding water filtration units so I thought I'd ask the experts here for their opinion on the matter. I searched the archives here but many of the topics are a few years old now. I am looking for the best way to get the best quality water in the TT. I know some...
My partner and I are looking to start the rv lifestyle. (coming to the Spring Rally in TN!) We have been lurking here at RV Dreams for a year or so. We are considering a 2007 Forest River Georgetown, 37 feet, 3 slides, bath and 1/2 model 370xl. It has 10K miles with new tires and wood floors. Asking pr...

I know I've been asking a lot of questions about different 5th wheels lately. I think I found one that works and fits my budget. It's a 2009 Carriage Cameo 35SB3 at Rolling Retreats in Elk City OK. I know a few folks here who have bought RVs from Alicia and Slade and everyone has only good things to say ab...

Yesterday we went to Wal-Mart and when we pulled into the parking lot I thought they had doubled the reserved spaces for handicaps. It brought a tear to my eye when I discovered that half the spaces were reserved for "Wounded Warriors".Thanks Wal-Mart
Well the 5'er is bought now time for the truck! We have been reading, researching, looking at and sorting through all the information here and at the dealers, wow we are mentally exhausted!
