Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

New found RESPECT for Wal-Mart

Yesterday we went to Wal-Mart and when we pulled into the parking lot I thought they had doubled the reserved spaces for handicaps.
It brought a tear to my eye when I discovered that half the spaces were reserved for "Wounded Warriors".
Thanks Wal-Mart

Ditto....saw it here in NH , Its a better way

It saddens me when I see those with Handicap tags that abuse the privilege....I have watched people get out of there car "RUN" inside and then get into a mobility scooter to ride around the store.

And in the same parking area watch someone have to park deep into the parking area and get out in a wheel chair or walker and struggle to make it 100 yards to the door!!

I know not all handicaps are visible first hand.....yet the placard & tags should be used when needed not because your privileged

I'm not Disabled , I have plenty of ability in my heart and mind!!!.....just a little physically challenged!!.....but are not We all...???

I thank the spirit that allowed me life changing events....it makes my world brighter to see what I have always taken for granted,,And smile to those that walk my path because their Challenges show pride and Ability to overcome what most people cannot begin to understand...and they teach me the wisdom and lessons to make it thru the obstacles!!!

Live , Breathe , Relax!!!!
Life is good!!!!!.....dont miss a moment of it!!
