Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

I normally do not have a problem with private messages.  I got online this am and have wondered if anyone else had encountered this person?  Is this person a regular on the website?

Sorry folks. As Gene said, they sometimes slip through the filters and we deal with them ASAP. There were two this morning and both have been banned along with their IP addresses.

Not a big deal...happens to any site on the net.Howard has always been right on top of it.I always just delete them without opening them.Remember you should never open anything from someone you don't know.

With respect to any private messages that contain this kind of message, just delete them from your "Inbox."  While one may have to open the message to see the text of the message, you definitely DO NOT want to click on ANY links in their message or signature area.

They pop up on occasion, and for the most part serve as a source of a little bit of humor to those of us that are familiar with their actions.

I mentioned it in another thread but I got one of these too. These spammers cannot even manage originality. I get the exact (verbatim) messages in my Skype as well. (sigh) the perils of the Net
