Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We have been like sponges as we have enjoyed following the RV-travel journals of Howard & Linda and others. We have had long-term plans to go semi-full-time (75-80%) when we turned 60, but because of an uncontrollable career situation, we now have the opportunity to do so three yea...

Hi all,
What a great idea Howard and Linda. There's always room for another RV discussion group.
Best way to introduce ourselves is to copy the intro from our blog,
This is the blog of two crazy Wishnies, Fred and Jo, who, on a whim, decided to shed the trappings of "normal life": home...
My wife, Loyce, and I recently bought our retirement home in Jewett, Texas.
We own a ranch (138 acres, 2 houses, barns, etc.) near Hallettsville, Texas, and plan on selling it in the near future. We have owned it for about 13 years and have very few cattle left. Once the ranch sells we will be debt free a...
Greetings from a couple of fulltime wannabes. My wife and I can hardly wait to enter into the RV lifestyle. We are having to wait to pay off some earlier "instant gratification" mistakes, then we will hit the road and live off my Air Force retirement check.
Right now we weekend in a 29' Prowler, which w...

By the way, I love your new 'college' bracelets! Once I get more experienced at making them, I am going to have to do a Univ. of TN bracelet!!! GO VOLS!!!!!&nbs...
Hi Everyone. This is another good idea Howard.
Paul and I got our feet wet three years ago with a 26 ft tag along. Paul promised we would travel when we retire so I said, "prove it." and he did! We started out cheap and simple just in case we didn't like it. Well, we loved traveling and staying in campgroun...
Hi Linda,
Some time ago I saw the way you had set up your vanity area and have been unable to ever find it again. My DH Gene and I recently went on an extended road trip through the Northwest and into Canada, staying in logdes, motels, hotels etc... All we could think about was how much more comfortable we...
