Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Intro for Jerry and Dianne Conn

Hello,

I'm Dianne of Jerry and Dianne.  It has taken me two days to figure out how to post!  Enough said on my great forum talent.

We live in Louisville, KY (never knew Howard and Linda here but I was a Semonin Realtor before I retired, and we had to meet on the Internet, glad we did, thanks for everything!)  Jerry is with UPS and will retire 8/3/08.  We would already be retired but we need the medical insurance so my wonderful hubby just keeps working.  I am a cancer survivor and know what each day means and we are so looking forward to hitting the road in 2008.

We are from San Antonio, TX.  We have two grown daughters and fabulous granddaughter.  We plan to part-time and buy a condo in Gruene, Tx when we retire.  I want to fulltime but Jerry says he needs a house.  Since we are living in our 26th house in 41 years of marriage, you can tell I don't get attached to sticks and bricks.  We recently went to a family reunion and one of Jerry's aunts chastized the cousins for gaining weight, they should be like Jerry and stay slim.  One cousin said, H---, I'd be slim too if my wife moved me as much as Dianne has moved Jerry.  So, I consider myself a perfect fulltimer.  This is my dream and the dream that he wants to give me, we are best friends and love to travel.  We lived a number of years in Fountain Hills, AZ and love the desert and beauty of AZ, we lived a few years in Boise, ID and started camping (in a tent) with ice and show on the ground, it is such a gorgeous place.  I can't wait to get started to visit all the places!

We have no motorhome yet, but are shopping.  We have the Tiffin and Newmar diesel pusher on our short list.  We will buy a CRV when we get the motorhome.

I love living the adventure with each of you and thanks so much to Howard and Linda for sharing so much.

See you on the raod in '08,

Jerry and Dianne Conn
