Hello. Currently a wannabe, doing as much reading as I can about all the topics that go into the lifestyle. Here are a few conclusions we've come to, in a vacuum, but with massive reading to help us understand everything, from changing to LED lighting, to using gray water to flush to toilet (hey, you're...

Hello, I've been living a sedentary lifestyle which is not really good for health and well-being. My wife and I are planning to take outdoor activities to re-energize my life and become more active. We both don't do well or excel in sports that's why we chose activities such as kayaking, camping, biki...

Just joined, sticking my head in to introduce myself. Been camping for 30 some years with hubby and kids, but now on to a different adventure. As his Parkinsons became worst I picked up the slack so he could still travel. I learned to do it all, still the entertainment occasionally when I back into a spot...

Hello Again!

A recent update on going full-time... I've been downsizing possessions for a few weeks now. I'll still likely end up with twice as much as I really need; but everything will fit into my storage locker. Not having as much "stuff" feels strange at times; but also a bit freeing. My townhouse is under a sa...

We have taken several trips in it and love it but are still learning the ins and outs of this great unit. I pull it with a 2017 Ram 3500 dually and it does the job effortlessly. I hope to gain lot...

Greetings everyone from Patrick & Donna! We have come to that 'familiar place' many of you arrived at years ago--in that the traditional "stuff" centered worldview has lost its charm. Our circumstance may begin a bit differently (or not) as 5th wheeling is being seen as a housing solution for wh...
