Our coach depends on the 12 volt system to operate our house lights even when connected to shore power. We are currently connected but have no 12 volt power so no house lights. We have a Xantrex True ChargeRM Converter Part # 810-8012-10. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks, Judy
