Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Hubby and I took a summer job at Dollywood and was wondering if any Dreamers were heading thru Pigeon Forge??

No, but I wish we were.  We loved Dollywood.  What a fun place!

Congrats on the position!  We know of another RV-Dreams couple working there this summer.

Hi again everyone.......Hubby and I are working in Red's Diner.  It is one busy place, but we love it there.  The day flies by and Dollywood treats their workampers pretty decent.

If anybody wants any info on Dollywood, let me know and I can send the information to HR and let them forward you the workamper info.

Wow. I'm beginning to feel invisible. The last 5 posts I have replied to, noone has even acknowledged my existence. Is it because I'm not a fulltimer yet? Either way, I think I will quit wasting my time on a forum that can't respond to simple and polite conversation.

If you want a response, just make a post that indicates that you are interested in one.

This post stated that you were NOT going through Pigeon Forge.  You really should not be surprised that the poster who asked "anyone coming to Pigeon Forge" did not respond.  We are a great group of folks and no one (few) will intentionally exclude anyone unless they are intentionally rude.  I think there is just a misunderstanding here.  Enjoy this forum and enjoy the folks who participate.

It's all good Bill.  TNSauerkraut and I have chatted and he was just frustrated. 

I am hoping that we can make some time to get together.  Marysville really isn't that far from Pigeon Forge ( I didn't know that ).  We love to meet other RV Dreamers.....it's

always fun to get to know others and to share our fulltime lifestyle.

We will be here until early October......Hopefully.  We are in a 90 day obligation with Dollywood, and if they choose to renew then we will stay until early October.

We will know more in another month.....hope we get to  see you.....we are at Red's Diner.
