Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We Are Ultranomadic

Hi everyone! We are Don and Alicia Archer. We've been full timing with our two pups since 2018. Originally we were from Dallas, TX but we've done a ton of travel in the past two years. So far we've it 35 states, 22,000 miles and 117 stays. We have a 2017 Winnibago Forza 36G pulling our 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Our favorite things about full timing are meeting great people and that odd little feeling when you wake up in the morning and aren't quite sure where you are.

When we first started full-timing we figured out pretty quickly that we needed some camping clubs to keep rent reasonable. We currently own and use memberships with Thousand Trails, Resort Parks International, Coast to Coast, Good Sam, Passport America, Harvest Hosts, America The Beautiful, and Boondockers Welcome. One of the main challenges was remembering when to make each reservation! We tried RV Parky, Campendium, RV Trip Wizard, All Stays, Free Roam, and a slew of other campground finder / planner sites and apps. None of them quite did the trick for us. So we built our own RV Travel Planner at Ultranomadic.com. It includes the main reminders feature we needed most. If you have a chance, please try it out and give us your feedback. The main features of the application are free. We are always interested to hear what people need most.

We hope to see you on the road. If you see us, don't hesitate to knock. We'd love to share a coffee or beer and hear about your adventures.
