Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

2008 Fleetwood Discovery 40X Diesel - $104,900

This is a beautiful unit with a spacious split floor plan, elegant finishes, and is priced to sell fast!  This is a perfect RV for those who: are upgrading from a starter RV, don’t want to pay for the 10% or more depreciation that happens the minute you drive it off the lot, don’t want to pay the higher sticker price and taxes of owning new, and/or for those dreaming of owning a diesel pusher with freightliner engine.  We take pride in this RV and it shows - everything is in tip-top shape and ready for ‘move-in’.  We are asking $104,900.

Below is the 2008 Fleetwood Discovery highlights.  For even more information/pictures - copy this link and post it in your web browser https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B4uitVne-jfYfjVtWEtHbXo3Y04teW93VklTWkxObUJaRXpURE5wVVV6WkdSeGI5S294Nmc&usp=sharing  and/or call us at 480.759.3887.

RE: 2008 Fleetwood Discovery 40X Diesel - $109,900

several things jump out 1)fuel tank too small 2)engine way too small 3)grey tank on small side
4)Fleetwood not the best quality 5) priced a little high

Hi smile  Thank you for your response.  I've never sold an RV before and appreciate the advice/comments. I do have some questions though....

1&2) Is my data inaccurate... or is your preference to have a bigger tank/engine?

3) Eh?

4) Really?  Maybe I've just been lucky because I haven't had any problems, but I'm interested in hearing what has low quality.  In fact, I was planning on buying another (smaller) Fleetwood....

5) I did a lot of looking around and it seems that the price is one of the lowest on the market.  I did see one that was really, really, low - but I read to beware of the 'too good to be true' adds.  What do you think the asking and acceptance price should be?

I would like to, but it appears that I have to have the pictures on the web.  Do you know if I could use a folder in google drive to house the pictures and then link there?

Not sure about your suggestion but I use Photobucket. Very easy to use and it's FREE. Upload your photos to your Photobucket account. Just copy the http link for each photo you want to post on the forum......It's just that easy.

To add to TRAILERKING's comment about Photobucket, one can also create an album strictly for those pictures and then after loading up the photos, one can copy the url address at the top of the browser and put a link in the comment section here that would direct one to that folder.
