Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Motorhome VIN#s

Well...it looks like I'll finally be getting my first RV next week. It's a 92 Fleetwood Tioga 24ft. (Photos)

It's not new and not perfect but it will be a fun way to get into RVing while also providing a "project" for my son and I to work on together. Plus, I'm not spending a small fortune on it either :)

My question is...are there similar services to Carfax for RVs?

I know there will be questions, issues and unexpected "emergencies" but I'm so excited to finally begin our journey :)

Howdy Howdy dannick,

Hope life will be as exciting, as the both of you are now. It's always exciting to look over the next hill and see what lies ahead. Just remember it takes a valley to make two hills, so enjoy the valley as you prepare to look over the exciting next Hill.

Welcome to RV Dreams :)

Just looked at your pictures. Cool purchase. I remember a while back you were talking about getting a tent trailer. This is way better than a tent trailer. Good luck with it.

Thanks!!! Yeah, this this time last year I was in NM staying with a friend trying to get back to Idaho and was considering just about anything including tent trailers. I got back to Idaho last July, started a new job and one of my co-workers was looking to sell his RV!

Seems like everything is falling into place :)
