Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

I was on this site in late 2010/2011 back when I first started researching full timing in an RV.  Boy, a lot of water under the bridge since then.  But I am back at it, and now the only main thing holding us back is getting our current place ready to sell.  At any rate, at that time, the hosts of this website had a section of their favorite campgrounds as they traveled.  I now can't find that, and wonder if it's staring me in the face.  Or was it removed?  Since we are interested in staying at those very kinds of places, I'd like to be able to take a look at it again.  It had photos and names/locations which they considered more/less fit into their criteria of their ideal place to stay based on where they'd been so far.  Thanks in advance!

The only thing I can think of it being would be the RV Dreams home (see above under Main Page blue bar) and at the bottom of the listings on the left hand side there are the places that they have been and it includes some photos.

Actually, with a closer look, I think it may have been in here.  Although it was called something like "Our Favorite Places".  And there, they discussed exactly what they look for, and their favorite places so far.  Perhaps they removed it for some reason.  I suppose just the places visited may serve the same purpose, I will have to study these.

I didn't find anything about "favorite" places, but if you go to the home page and look for "Site Map" under "Navigation," you can find a lot of topics listed.  They do have a section where they have done campground reviews.
