Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Over the 4th of July weekend spotted a brand new 40+ foot Prevost Bus Motorcoach. Beautiful paint scheme (goldtones) and it was equipped with all of the goodies.
Unfortunately didn't have time to get over to see it up close and talk with the owner before they left the RV Resort.
Like a Lamborghini is my dream car, a Prevost bus like that is my dream RV. Maybe some day I'll win the Lotto.....
I just realized this is an RV Dream posted on the RV-Dreams.com forum.

I sure can't "pray" for that lotto to come through, but I can sure hope that somebody's numbers come through just right. On the other hand, without having walked in that motor home's owner's shoes, you may still have the best life in which to live.

I'm with you Bear II, love the Prevost coaches. We've been in one owned by friends and it was spectacular. Come on numbers!
Even though we love our set ups we can still dream, right?

Ya know.. if you don't mind an older model, the ones from the 1990s still look brand new and can be purchased fairly affordably (sometimes under 100k). ;)

I hear you The Bear 2. I was watching extreme RV's the other day on HGTV and they showed the making of a Marathon Prevost conversion. Coaches range from about 1 million to 2.5 million. Just a little pricey for me but the technology is something g to behold. 1200 hours just to paint the thing. Push button everything. It and finishes second to none.

I remember a couple years ago we where traveling in a class a.. We had a 94 holiday rambler.. they would not let us stay in some parks because we here too old. Do they still do that?
Those RV's are awesome. best of the best. Way out of reach for me.. lol

Yes but......if you send a photo of the RV and the people that will be staying at the park, and you look wholesome and the RV looks well maintained some parks will let you in.

I do remember one in the DC area, who let us in.. Real nice place. but like $75/night. and it was the slow season.. like november.

No disrespect meant at all. We all "dream." but please consider:
True happiness is not in what you wish for, but rather, being content with what you DO have.
You are right but I've always been able to realize my reasonable dreams.... So the Lambo and Prevost are possible, but in the meantime I am very happy with what we have... except for the family of feral cats that have decided to reside in our backyard.
The truck I use to tow our 5th wheel with was my dream truck for 2 years. When I first saw the newly styled Chevy 4500s in 2005, I fell in love. I finally was able to buy one in 2008.
My current dream is to catch the cats using the live traps I set last night.... LOL
