Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Dreaming of full timing

This is my new favorite site and forum.  We're 40 something years old and wishing to retire in 10 years.  Currently camping in a Casita and dreaming much much bigger.

Well, you've come to the right place.  Questions answered, opinions expressed, leg occasionally pulledsmilenobiggrin. Your perspective will add to the mosaic of all that goes on here.

Welcome aboard.smile

I think most of us started small and worked our way up. One of our favorites was a 19' wilderness travel travel. Kids were small and we enjoyed all the trips we took in it.

Welcome to the forum Mike!

Welcome to the RV Dreams forums.  It is definitely a source of good information from a number of knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and encouraging folks.

Our first camper was a 15-foot or 16-foot travel trailer.  While we had it for several years, I always dreaded the possibility of having to change a tire.  Things were so close that if one had a flat, the fender was so close one couldn't put in an aired up spare tire.  We had to keep it flat and carry a source of air to air it up after installation.  Good times, and we never had a flat.

Ask away with any questions you might have.  There are NO dumb questions, just an occasional smart-alecky answer.

Terry
