Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We have an offer on the house

Hi, We haven't been on the forum for sometime as life has thrown us some curves.  But the FT RVing is about to start.  We got an offer on our house this week and are waiting to hear a date for the inspection.  The closing is set for June 2nd as long as all goes well.  Our house was on the market for 11 days and we got almost asking price!!!

Our son was ill and then my mother's health took a turn very quickly.  She passed away and we were down in Iowa when the offer came through.

She and my father were big time into camping, hiking and my Dad was a mountain climber.  He has been gone for 24 years.  My mom was very excited about our new adventure and saw pictures of our 5th wheel.  We just wish she could have seen the rig.

We are taking off with the rig on Saturday to Colorado to see DH's family then will return to Wisconsin to finalize the sale and travel in the midwest this summer before heading south in the fall.   Best wishes to all who are heading towards the goaL  We planned for 4 years and now the time is almost here.

Hope your son is doing better and we, too, are sorry for your loss. When you get organized again, we recommend signing up for the. RV-Dreams Fall Rally! We just finished the spring one in Sevierville, TN and it was so awesome.
