Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
25 years ago today Lee and I were married. For years we have planned a 2 week trip to London to celebrate. Instead we are anxiously awaiting our ordered RV and diligently working our debt free plan and I couldn't be happier. I found a 25th anniversary wooden picture frame (light weight and non breakable) for 50% off and spent another 20 cents putting a picture of us from this summer camping in it as a present...all under $10 and it means more to me (and him) than expensive gifts and fancy dinners. I feel great about the last 25 years and even more excited about the next 25...with the wide open spaces as our picture window :)
I know what you mean about having a long planned trip idea, and how those plans need to change and be flexible! Bill and I will celebrate 30 years in Sept 2015 and we always wanted to sail and visit Ireland and Scotland, but now - who knows? Might go to Alaska in our new home instead, but honestly it won't matter much b/c we will be together and thats all thats important!
Congratulations!! Really understand your change of plans in celebrating. Two years ago for our 25th, Janice decided we should upgrade our RV with Level Up one touch leveling system instead of going some place special. Now every time we hear the beep indicating we are level, we still wish each other "Happy Anniversary". It is really great how this lifestyle really helps bring financial decisions like this into perspective. Best wishes for another 25+ years together!!

Many congratulations! This year, Mitch and I celebrate our 36th year and our main focus these days is on selling the house and getting out there on the road!

Happy Anniversary! Our 25th is still 2-years away and the "plan" was a Mediterranean cruise but now that we have retirement in our sights and minds we will probably just enjoy The Mediterranean diet :~) as long as we are together - Congrats!
We did an Alaska cruise for our 25th. That was great. It made me want to go there in the RV in the future. We'll celebrate 42 in June, one week before Lindy hits 62 and we hope to be on the road, maybe heading to Alaska.
