Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Nope.....still playing the medical game........go back in on the 26th and then off to the neurosurgeon on the 15th of January....... you would think they would just pick a week and get it over with!!!
but I'm almost there.........life is good , and It's not going to beat me....at least not without giving it everything I have.
the grocery store had someone open it up for me so I could move the coach.....and the Ford Dealer across the street gave me free parking till the Hospital is done!!......My stars are lining up,and the spirits are watching over me!!

OK, I now understand the "Lucky" part of your screen name. You don't run into a lot of people that are willing to help but then if you pay it forward, which you certainly do........... Glad your stars are lining up.
We definitely understand the "hurry up and wait" of medical visits. When my husbands cancer was first detected it was the size of his little finger, by the time it was removed it was the size of an egg. Test after test and big bucks spent before and after surgery. Thank goodness, we can add your "Lucky" name to his, all clear and now we're moving forward with our plans.
Love the way you take everything in stride and keep your great sense of humor. You are an inspiration and you deserve the best.
Mike i just want to apologize, when you wrote your post about the snow I replied and was asking myself why is this guy still stay in a snow and cold environnement I told myself he must be out of his mind. After reading several reply from other Rver I now understand it is not by choice but by obligation related to medical condition. I just want to say that everything will be find and wish you will be able to get back to a warmer climate. Good luck and wish you health for the coming year.
No offense taken.............the fun part about Rving fulltime is no matter whether your sitting by a snowbank or a sand dune there is a beauty in all of it.....
not so many sea gulls this time of year here , but there is an influx of snowy owls , moose and other wildlife....the towns and villages are all decorated for Christmas and the people are out making it some wonderful experiences.
Ones life travels full circle, no matter good or bad someone or something will always have a positive outcome......Take the time to step back and look at the simplest passing's and it will enrich your life!!!
Live, Breathe, relax............
