Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We to have started.... House went on the market TODAY!

Raising my glass of ice tea and toasting to "Here's to a quick sale".  We are however selling to a more select person or family being we are lakefront. Time will tell...

I wish you good luck and hope that it will be a fast an easy sell.  In our case we have sold three houses ourself two of them within 7 days and the other one in four weeks.  We recently decided to take our retirement and go fulltime in between 18 to 24 months, again we will have to sell our house.  We are looking forward for that day in the mean time we have started to prepare our plan of hitting the road.

I'm a bit jealous of your situation but one day it will be our turn.  I wish you the best luck you can get I'm sending you some good vibes.

I hope your home sells fast.  We thought our house would and it has been on the market for 5 weeks now.... As soon as it sells, we are on the road.

Two months without one showing here. Trying to be patient, and know with winter approaching we may be here until spring or even summer. I hope your sale goes fast!

I've found when you least expect it, it sells:) Like the time you didn't get it staged exactly as you'd like it etc. I met our buyer today, such a sweet elderly lady! I would like to have been her neighbor, but she'll fit the neighborhood very well:) Plus, she loved my colors, that's a great compliment versus those buyers that hate everything about your home and want you to deduct so they can change it! Almost insulting:)

Ours was on for 70 days. The showings were constant until school started, we went about 2 weeks without any then they started trickling again.

We passed the time sorting, purging, packing and posting on Craigslist $$.

Jane and Scott, prayers that both your houses sell quick and trouble free! Our closing is being delayed due to our fine friends in Washington deciding it was better to close down operations rather than coming to an agreement.
