Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Welcome to the RV-Dreams Community Forum, the friendliest group of RVing enthusiasts on the web.  We're glad to have you join us.

When introducing yourself to the group, please be sure to start your own thread or "Topic".  Sometimes folks have introduced themselves on other new member's threads and that does two things: 1) It takes away from the member that first introduced themselves in the new topic, and 2) Not everyone will get to know you since you "hid" yourself down in someone else's introduction.

So, honk your arrival in your own Introduce Yourself topic, and we'll get to know you.  biggrin

Hello RV-Dreams
My wife and I are both retired and live in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana. We have been camping all our married life and raised our three kids doing so. We starting with a sears Ted Williams tent moved to a popup, on to a 25" Airstream to a 36" 5th wheeler down to a 35" Airstream. Now we are planning to go fulltime. We are looking for another 5th wheeler and tow truck. The more we look the more con.fused we get. Don't know what to buy.

I want to thank all the people that have posted all the great information on the forum. I have really enjoyed reading about many topics.

Still confused.
Russ

Greetings LARuss,

We're practically neighbors. We live near Folsom, by the Global Wildlife Refuge. We currently camp in an Aliner, but recently purchased a new to us F-250 TV to full-time with in a few years. We plan on buying a TT for our nearing full-time journey. Our idea is to keep the truck bed free to carry a couple small motorbikes with us when we set out on our last grand adventure. We look forward to hearing your thoughts, learning from your experiences and sharing our ideas - and possibly meeting up one day to compare notes, as fate would put us only a stone's throw away from each other.

Chip & Cindy
