Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Monday June 10th is the day of my nuclear stress test!!! I'm a bit uneasy as now I will have to face what ever outcome that the tests show. I was told I have ischemia on the 9th of May by the Practicing nurse when I and her looked at my EKG. Ischemia is lack of oxygen going into the fresh blood supply. Have been reading and it could be caused by the heart muscle damage from my heart attack...guess i would opt to live with it. It could be irregular heart beat...maybe a pacemaker and Coronary defillibrater or it could be more heart blockage.
I do quite well as long as I don't try walking at to brisk a pace, can't ride the bicycle as much....muscle pain caused by statin medicine I believe. If I reach with my left arm it feels like something rough is scratching inside my left chest area, near my heart. I am a side sleeper and when I lay on my left side it causes moderate pain in the heart area. I also have a lot more fatigue and muscle weakness and pain than I use to...that Might be old age...creepimg up one me!!! LOL!
I will update as soon as i have more information; until then I am just glad my two feet were planted on the floor this AM. Pieere

Needless to say, your are in our prayers. In spite of your difficulties, you have managed to "mostly" be very upbeat. With any luck, both you and Mike can be cheering us all up for a long time to come.

Knowledge is power. Not knowing what is wrong is very frustrating, since you can't plan anything. Hopefully this test will give you the information you need and like everyone else here, we hope it is fixable.

I won't get the results until Friday and will post!!! I came home after the tests where others were held for further tests or treatment. When I see the Cardio Dr. on Friday I hope he finds something and can correct it.
I thank each and every one of you; it sure is great reading all the comments and word of encouragement. You all are awesome!!! Pieere

It sounds promising that they didn't keep you for more tests and treatment at that time or so I am thinking. Hopefully just a small bump in the road. It is amazing all that they can do today with medical issues. Will be looking forward to good news on Friday. In our prayers and thoughts.
Sounds like you just got stuck in a roundie round in the road of life, and now they are going to post the Exit signs, with a new regime of medical jargon, to let you go and explore again. Keep your chin up, but not to high so you can't avoid the pot holes in the road.
