Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
New member here. Just sold my old class A for a new Dynamax Trilogy 5th wheel. We keep kit in a campground a couple of hours away and use it for a weekend place. Not real happy with the new unit.
Yes in St Mary's Ga. The gas side of the hot water heater, vent fan in bath, TV antenna, TV cable wiring, cracked sky light, cracked window in the bath are several things wrong or not working on this thing. We love the floor plan and the fit and finish but are disappointed in general. We had emptied everything from our old one and had it sitting in a campsight with afternoon showers predicted. Unfortunately the dealer did a poor presentation of the unit and we were trying to beat the rain so we missed things upon delivery. After a month with no repairs we are ready to have prayer meeting with these people. At this time I would not recommend either the unit or dealer. I don't know if you post poor vendors on this forum (we do on the Corvette forum) so I will not identify him yet.
Trilogy, I suspect we are in the same park! Hope to see you sometime! I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with your rig, though. That's never fun, and I hope you can get a good resolution real soon!
First of all, welcome to the forum. Really sorry about your Trilogy. We have been VERY interested in them, in fact, almost bought one on Friday. So kerp us posted on likes and dislikes. What is the build date of your unit?
Thanks, Sherry

As i said earlier we use this thing for a weekend house (didn't want to cut the grass, wash windows, or anything else that goes along with a weekend house). Maybe one day we can kick back and travel again but with 3 businesses and grandkids we settle for a couple of days off each month. While a Trilogy is not a bank breaker it is a substantial expenditure and problems ruin the pleasure. We have experienced everything from a bent awning arm to water lines blowing off inside the wall, and all this in a short month. I know that there can be issues with anything but the dealer is not responding, soon it will be time for more drastic measures.
RVKevi this is our 6th year at The Big Wheel and couldn't be more satisfied. The owners are nice and watch out for us when we are away. I guess you are one of the ones who will leave soon, stop by when you see us there.
Hi Mr/Mrs Collins, I spoke with a Dynamax customer rep yesterday concerning my issues, guy named Steve assured me that my unit would be brought to standards by either the dealer or Dynamax service people. If he is sincere, and I don't have reason to think otherwise, I should have all problems repaired otherwise. I will keep you posted as to their progress, but I would advise you to take your time and inspect this product before making a commitment.
