Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We are looking for a Host or Maint position, up to 20-24 hours per week.  Our Son will be transfered to this area and we would like to be able to spend some time with him and his family. We will be working as host the summer of 2013 in NC.  Any leads or contacts for a nice park that will need some help during the spring/summer season in 2014 please let me know.

There are a lot of free sites if you do a web-search. Many are of the volunteering type in Federal and State parks, plus the Corp of Engineers (COE). Some I think of: Work for RVers
Workcampingjobs.com
Happy Vagabonds
American Land and Leisure
RVParkStore
Recreation Resource Management

There is: Workamper News Magazine; which has yearly subcriptions to their online magazine and hard copy if you so desire. Go to their website a lot of information is free. I also have seen an offer for a free magazine which lists all the US and Canada. I use this and have found jobs since 1998.

I'm not sure this site would be beneficial to the original poster.  It is roughly 100 miles from the immediate area they asked about.

Thanks guys, I have fired off an E-mail with hope of someone getting back to me.  We maybe to early for the time frame we are hoping for but it's worth a try.  We have managed to get positions for the next year in various locations we are wanting to go to.  Always looking ahead planning our next adventure.  We really appreciate the lead, have you guys stayed there before?  Looks like a great park with lots going on and great reviews.  Thanks again, Joe and Pam
