Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

It has been down in the upper teens here a few times and seen a couple flakes on my picnic table this AM, but I can deal with this. Man; You better rig that bus with some ice grips if you expect to get out of there in January or hire a personel plow truck to guide you out!!! Pieere

Mike, Your lucky like us....we have the same weather here in the Pocono's. Blowing pretty good here tonight, in the low 20's with 40 mph winds....brrrr! Stay warm.

It IS beautiful in New England....in September and October!  We spent two weeks in west central Mass in the Berkshires with day trips to NY, VT, and CT.  Very beautiful!  Just gotta know when to get outta Dodge!  But, yes, I am aware of your situation.  Maybe this will be your last winter there.

Now I feel guilty about complaining about the rain and gray here in Washington. Hope you have a safe and warm New
Year.

As one that was born and raised in the Berkshires---- Summer is a designated Tuesday only, usually in July or August.

As my departed mother used to say: "In summer the Berkshires are paradise. In the winter, it is a God forsaken hole!"

After spending Christmas on the beach in south Florida, we returned yesterday to central Ohio. The drive was beautiful and seeing the transition into the snow covered area was also beautiful. Of course, being away when the snow fell, we had to deal with the mess when we got home. However, due to a couple of good neighbors, our drive was cleared enough when we got home to get the rig in and into the barn for storage. Today, I get to plow out the rest of the drive before the next snow or blowing wind. Right now, this is still beautiful and but in a couple of weeks, that will change and we will feel like just like Mike. It really gets old dealing with snow when you do not have a choice and the gray sky for days on end can get to you also. This year, as long as the S&B sells, we will hit the road full time. Cannot wait to be able to chose our winter location and if we do not like it, or it gets old, move! Really prefer sunny skies and warmer weather than Ohio in the winter!
