Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Christams Dinner for a Single!

biggrinbiggrin Wow! Chef Pieere and his crockpot! I found a cornish game hen used some chicken powder from Marauchen noodles and some cut up brown onions. Made a broth put it in my 2 quart crock for 3 hours. Transferred it to a pan and put it in my Rv oven and basting it with margarine and broth.

Now I will bake my Sweet Potato and use some cinnamon butter, some stuffed Crab with garlic butter and cranberry sauce should be good enough for a single guy.  Have a great Chritmas Dinner everyone.

I know this is not heart healthy; but if this is my last Christmas at least I will go out knowing I made a meal that I haven't done since 1987. Pieere confuseconfuse

Sound excellant Pierre! Sweet potato and stuffed crab --- yum!

We just had Christmas dinner for 2. Turkey breast, mashed taters and gravy, green bean casserole, parker house rolls and my special cranberry salsa. All accomplished with no oven, a crockpot and gas grill --- and 40 mph winds. Took a while but turned out great. Kevin has assumed the traditional post holiday meal position... napping on the sofa with his pants unbuttoned.

That sounds awesome Pieere!  My crock pot got a workout too, yesterday.  Cooked a whole chicken in it with garlic, potatoes, onions & carrots.  Meat was falling off the bone & so yummy!  Merry Day After Christmas & Happy New Year!
