Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
First post just wanted to say hello and stop being a lurker.
I've been full timing since 11/20/2012
I'M not really looking for a cure at all, just my next camping fix.
Don, I do not think you were royalty in any form or country. To ABDICATE, one must cede or give up all royal seats or purviews. I am certain you intended to say ADDICTED, which indicates you can't do without something, in this case getting out of town and enjoying the great outdoors or country. Go camping and have all the fun your heart can endure. Good luck, and welcome in from the dark side of lurkerville.
Welcome to the RV Dreams forums. You will find this to be a good place for information and encouragement. There are a lot of knowledgeable, friendly, and willing-to-help folks here.
My RV'ing experiences actually started out way back in the '50's in tents and then gradually began to go through a succession of different campers over the years. While we are full-timers, it is as "static" full-timers, at least until we can afford to retire and go on the road.
Enjoy being a part of the forum "family." Glad you have you with us.
Terry

Gone in a Flash, as long as you do not abdicate your addiction to RVing you will be fine. Welcome to the world of endless adventures and where your backyard can be whatever you want it to be on any day of the week!
Good Luck,
Les
