Try the overlays at DiscoverOwners.com (http://www.discoveryowners.com/cginfo.htm ) and see if they will do the job to make Streets and Trips complete enough for you.  We use Streets and Trips and prefer it to Delorme Street Atlas, but we know others who prefer Delorme and some prefer CoPilot.

Kevin, I'm not full-timing, yet, but I've been doing my research for months... literally.  One of my concerns has been how people plan their trips and avoid steep ascents/descents, etc.  I recently learned that Rand McNally makes an RV GPS that is absolutely incredible.  You enter all of the information concerning your rig and this nifty unit will calculate your routes for you, avoiding low bridges, etc.  And, yes, it provides tons of additional information that you will need and are inquiring about.  You might want to Google it and check it out! 

Also, there is the Mountain Director for the western and eastern United States.  Each territory is sold separately.  You can get the e-book version and, I believe, a hard copy.  People on this site also travel with the large Rand McNally Atlas hard copy.  I NEVER want to get caught with an 8% grade descent or ascent, for that matter!!!

P.S.  Many of the "old timers" on this board can comment on the brand... whether Rand McNally is their fav, or if another manufacturer is better suited for their needs.  I'm still in the learning stage!

How is the Rand McNally's screen working for you?  I've had some on another forum say they got the one with the 7" screen and have a problem with the sunlight hitting it and making it unusable.  They've had to purchase some kind of "sun-guard."
