Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

If you are traveling to this area, a great camp ground is SHADY OAKS.(Reasonable rates as well.)

Neat. For the 4th had a band and free bar b q.

Get this, on stopping at the office to ck in they said go on to your space and get set up and then come back after lunch!

On THE WIFE's return to the office the owner told her to not pay now, wait till you leave and then pay, she said we might stay less than the 4 days we intend or more days!

How convenient is that? Not like a CG in Machinac, Michigan. We were paid up for seveal days and wanted to stay another, so we called first thing Sunday am and no ans and no machine. We went on to Mass and called afterwards from a nearby town. The owner insisted that we return to the cg to pay before the days check out time. What a jerk.

Wish that I could recall the name of the cg, but that log book is not with us.

It is the one that is hilly and difficult to get into!

Enjoying Maine, the cool and the lobster.
