Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Hello all my name is Walter Brooker , I live in Denmark South Carolina. I am 51 years old and love to travel . I am considering going full time RVing if possible , enjoy traveling and seeing this great country of ours. I am into grillling out and making BBQ in a BIG WAY, I learned from my Father as he did for his. Its coming near retirement time so I thought why not , get on the road , and enjoy traveling while I can. I am married to my soul mate Niki for 12 years now.
Welcome to the forum Walter. I agree with you, why not get on the road and enjoy our great country. We did the same thing, retiring early so we could enjoy traveling while we still have our health and mobility.

Welcome to RV Dreams Walter! We need some more South Carolina folk on the forum. My wife and I used to live in Chapin, SC. I think we used to pass through Denmark on our way to Estill; my wife's grandfather was a Baptist Minister down in the low country. I hope your Full timing plans work out for you and I hope to run into you one day, I could use some good vinegar or mustard base barbeque.
Welcome Walter. You've found a great place to plot the transition from stix and brix to full time RV living/travel. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I found it helpful to check out the chat room as well. Folks tend to be there every evening after about 9pm eastern time.

Go for it Walter! If you can make it happen there's no better way to see our beautiful country up close and personal than by living in and traveling by RV. Welcome to the RV-Dreams.com forum!
