Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Special Note: If you are unavailable during the webinar - clicking the link above and registering now will allow you to view the replay at your convenience.
If you look at the new member's profile - she has a website listed - www.fulltimefamilies.com with links to her blog and the webinar is advertised there as well. It looks like a pretty well established website.
I'm like George, just wish I had a font that was all squiggly, like I was nervous when I wrote this.
What….you mean one like this one?
Terry
OK...now to try to be serious, I also went to their profile and while I didn't take the time to look at the "official" website, I did check out their blog. They have been full-timing since about August of 2010 with fairly regular posts of kids and places.
What I would like to see is for the original poster to come back and respond to what has been written so far in the comments of others. Like some of the others, first posts with "clickable links" bothers me too, especially since there was no introduction of the poster or their family. While the blog can give us something of a perspective, it would be nicer to actually carry on a dialogue with us asking questions of them BEFORE the webinar.

I am not very experienced with this tech stuff. What could happen? I almost clicked on it till I read further.

Like Gene said most likely nothing ,BUT the rule of thumb is to NEVER click on an active link from someone you don't know. That's how computer virus's are sometimes spread.

RVing probably not a reality any more.It was a good time while it lasted.
Not to worry, it's safe! I just copy and pasted the home link and checked their website out before clicking on the webinar link. (http://www.fulltimefamilies.com)
I am now signed up for the webinar and hope it will help us jump into the "Full-Time Lifestyle" with our children. Website appears to be geared towards family full timing.
I found RV Dreams by clicking on a link, I don't let the "internet virus trolls" scare me away from useful information. That's why I use a firewall and keep my virus protection updated.

I just attended this webinar today. It was geared toward people with kids who want to go fulltime. It was pretty basic, but probably a good intro for families who are beginning to think about going on the road. The moderator mentioned that they will be doing more webinars, so probably worth checking it out to see if they're going to cover a topic that you'd be interested in.
Wish I had read this last year. We met this couple in Oregon last summer and got to know them. They are terrific and I am the one that gave them info on RV-Dreams. They are legit.
