Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Linda and I would like to wish all of the RV-Dreamers a safe and happy 4th of July.

On days like today, I often reflect on what it must have been like for those earlier warriors doing battle. Opposing sides lined up like football teams preparing to kick-off. Then on order, the riflemen would fire their weapons. If they were not shot, they could reload and prep for another volley. Then the charge for hand to hand combat. This all resulted in bloody battles - all for the cause of freedom. We should remember and honor those earlier warriors as well as those who fight today to preserve that freedom. Happy 4th of July.

"Let Freedom Ring"! Celebrated the Fourth in our Nation's Capitol, starting off with the reading of the "Declaration of Independence" by Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and Benjamin Franklin (o.k., they were there in character and in spirit only). Wow ... what a great day and place to celebrate our Nation's Birthday and the 500,000 people wearing Red, White, and Blue on the Washington mall was a site to behold especially when we all sang "God Bless America" during the evening concert! Hope everyone enjoyed the celebrations.
Tim/Cindy We watched the celebration on PBS station here in Corpus Christi. We were thinking how grand it would be to celebrate the 4th in DC. The music was super, the crowd got into the action, and the fireworks went on forever. Happy that you were able to experience it live. That is on our bucket list.
