Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

2002 Travel supreme 5th wheel manual needed

My father just bought a 2002 Travel Supreme 5th wheel 34kstso.  He bought it without testing everything in the camper so now he has a lot of repairs to do.  He lives in Nashville and I live in Baton Rouge so I have been trying to help him with all the electrical problems over the phone.  Can anyone tell me where I can get an owners manual, electrical diagram or anything that would help with even telling us which light switch is supposed to operate what on this camper.   Thank you for any help you can give.

Sadly, it looks like Travel Supreme went out of business in 2008. Chances of finding an owner's manual (that is of any use) might be slim. Probably the best way to determine the wiring will be with a multi tester, a yellow pad and a lot of time. My experience is limited to Holiday Rambler and Sunnybrook and I can tell you the manuals are worse than useless. Simply a compilation of vendors manuals. Anything relating to the chassis and the RV itself is simply a matter of personal discovery. For instance, my cable and satellite labels were wrong, the kitchen grey water and shower grey water labels were wrong and two of the electric breakers were mis-labeled (and undersized). Changing the breakers to a different location got the sizing right according to the wires, then a pen made the label right.

It might be possible to go to RV Net and post the question and you might find someone with a similar unit that can make a copy of the relevant material. Good luck. A company called DJ Specialities says they can help, call 866-252-7934 and it might do some good. Website is minimal but it is at http://djspecialties.net/wsb4954069701/3.html

Even though they went out of business, there is probably some manuals available at dealerships that did repairs. Just because the company went out, doesn't mean that they are all extinct. Also, many manuals are available online. People from all over can post the manuals online for instances just like this! Just type the make and model into a search engine followed by the work manual, and hopefully, there is one out there!
