Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We've been busy the past few days. We sold our little red sports car and our two waverunners. You just can't take all of the toys with ya.
The biggest step was taken today when the real estate sign was planted in the front yard! Let's hope that it doesn't stay there too long. We'll be ready to hi the road in a couple of months! Wish us luck!

Have you retired yet, Sly? We had a couple come see our house for the second time tonight. Coming back next week. They asked the realtor about buying most of our furniture. Seems to be really interested.
Good luck to both of you. Hope to see you on the road soon. Our realtor sold a house today and she says the real estate market is picking up in our area.
That sounds like good news Steve. I retire Aug 1st so it's gonna be a good summer. I know that the house may sit on the market a while but I'm just an optimistic type person. See ya down the road!

You just never know about selling in this market. We listed a year before our retiremant date, because of the terrible market here. The house sold in a month,to a cash buyer, for 96% of the listing price, and the guy bought everything in the house, down to the dishes,in addition. Escrow is expected to close friday. If it does, I'll consider us to be very fortunate, indeed. We had planned to be on the road all summer anyway, so we'll come back in Aug,and run our business 'till next June from our whse, but will live in our rig at a very nice local RV Resort. Optimism is indeed the key. My most positive thoughts to you for a speedy result.
