Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Looks like "Mary" wants to be friends . . . anyone else get this bogus message in their Inbox?
"My name is Mary, i got you from rv-dreams.activeboard.com, and i want to have a good relationship with you, please i need your cooperation, am yours Mary. this is my email address, please contact me with it. ( marymabou0092@yahoo.com )"

Have not had spam for breakfast since Ft. Leonard Wood, MO!!!
O-o-o-o-hhh!!! "Little Korea." Did you have to bring that place up?
As for Mary, we had an interesting experience about a week ago. We had a water leak in the fittings to our shower valves, so we scheduled a trip into the dealer to get it repaired. We arrived there somewhat early and I decided to wait at a nearby truckstop until the dealership opened the gates. Jo was with me and was sitting in the back seat of the F450 with the two dogs.
I no more got the truck and coach stopped and a lady was tapping on the passenger door window. I rolled the window down part way and she stuck her hand inside to shake hands and said, "Hi, I'm Lisa."
Jo leaned forward and "Lisa" saw her. For a few seconds "Lisa" was speechless and then she said, "Oh, you have a wife." Then she walked away.
I drove professionally for some years with never an encounter with a hooker in a truck stop. Of course, I never spent much time in large city's truck stops.

Just checked in also after our drive from Tucson to Washington, DC. I wanted to ask to meet Mary so I could thank her personally ... but wisdom prevailed and, like the rest, I simply deleted her to my spam bucket.
When I saw the subject "Spam for Breakfast", it reminded me of my childhood and frying spam in a cast iron skillet until it was brown, and then eating in a sandwich with cheese. O well, that could be another subject. Deleted message-Thanks
