Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Home Base in a Country Setting!

Walk in and feel like you are home is how our house has been described by our friends. We bought this house to be our home base and have a safe secure place we were comfortable leaving for extended periods. Our situation has changed and we must be care givers for a family member.

This is a 1940's farm house with a complete wrap around porch (2006) on 1.05 beautiful wooded acres just outside Woodville Texas city limits. We are right next door to a highly rated nursing home (Dogwood Trails Manor), assisted living center (The Orchard), 5 minutes from Tyler County Hospital, Woodville Health & Rehab, doctors, Dogwood Hills 9 hole golf course and shopping. In the middle of Lake Livingston, Conroe, Rayburn, Steinhagen and Toledo Bend, but without the crowds. Plus city water, sewer and trash pick up. 1 BR + sun room (could be 2nd BR) 1 bath house, 900 sq. ft. Trane 3 ton HVAC all new duct work used less than 1 year, Double pane tilt in insulated windows, 4 year old roof, carport (built 2010) , new RV cover (built 2010), fenced yard (built 2010), storage shed, original pine floors, pine board walls and ceilings. Low property tax $485.61 for 2010. This is a one of a kind unique home and a piece of local nostalgia.

Let me know if interested and I can e-mail pics. I will try to figure out or see if  can attach any to this post.

Asking price $85,000.00
