Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I was just watching GMA and saw all the bad weather in so many places. I always think of the RV- Dreams Family... just want you to know that someone is thinking of you and praying for your safety.
Although we here in north central Texas didn't have any really bad weather our neighbors in East Texas all most got blown away. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers they are all ways needed.. Dan

Speak your mind but ride a fast horse, don't look back someone may be shootin and don't miss the stirrup gettin on.
Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. We are currently in MT and had a little snow in mountains but not right where we are. Heading over to Billings this weekend and on Monday afternoon or Tuesday we are southbound!
The weather has certainly been "strange" in a lot of locations. There really doesn't seem to be one area that hasn't had some form of extreme weather that is hazardous to RV's.

Tonight we're under a tornado watch until 2 AM here in Darlington, SC - about 70 miles inland from Myrtle Beach. Radar shows storms headed this way. I have the early shift as usual but told Dave I would wake him up if things get too crazy.
The nice thing is there is a vault - yes, think bank vault - in the office bulding behind us. It's our shelter in case things go totally south here weather-wise.
Sure hope we don't have to use it before we're outta here on Monday!
Ya'll stay safe out there, okay?
Betty
PS - I'm a big fan of Weather Underground's WunderMap!
