Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Pigeon Forge, TN

Traveling down to Pigeon Forge, TN and thought I would ask about the campgrounds.  Chatted with a lady from Mill Creek Resort....very nice and loaded with information.  I liked their monthly rate.  If anyone has anymore idea's I would love to hear from you.  We have a 40ft 5th wheel, so we NEED big rig friendly.  Checked out RV Park Reviews but I guess I am looking for personal references.
Thanks for any and all responses!!!

We have stay at:

Pine Mtn RV Park - this is a newer park.  Very clean but more expensive. You want to get one of the back-in's on the creek.  The pull-thru's are very close.   All are easy to get in.

Creekside RV Park - this is an older park but very clean. We stayed here during the winter so it wasn't crowded.  The back-in space would have been difficult to get in if it was crowded.  They do have pull-thru's.  Their monthly rates will be more reasonable than Pine Mtn RV.

We have also stayed at the KOA but I wouldn't recommend it.  I don't think they have monthly rates anyway.

River Plantation RV Park is in Seveirville right before Pigeon Forge.  We haven't stayed there but road through it.  It is Big Rig friendly.  This is where the RV Dreams Rally is going to be in April.

We have never stayed at Mill Creek so I can't give you any feedback on that park.

I second the suggestion about Riverside. Been there and was pleased with it.
