Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We are here in Sikeston, MO and just got an email from the KOA in WI that their business has not been up to par and they do not need us.
Wonderful. What a great first experience workamping!
I have emailed some leads but wondering if anyone knows of anything worth pursuing that gives pay plus site, between MO and TX or surrounding states.
Won't go all over the country for a couple of months' work at this point.
Needless to say, we are @#)*(#%#.
Thanks!

I'm still seeing lots of jobs in the Workamper News (if you're a member). A lot of people who accepted positions didn't show up for one reason or another. You should have no problem finding something to finish out the summer season.

In the July/August Workamper Magazine there is a add for a family owned park in Sikeston MO...since you are there you should check it out. Phone number is 573-380-9295.
Just thinking, Amazon.com starts hiring seasonal workampers around Sept. 1st. Now that Amazon is handling the workampers themselves I don't know the details, but last year they covered your site and all associated costs n(ie. honey wagon, State Park vehicle passes). I've seen advertisements and they now include an employee discount (they didn't do that last year). Location is in Coffeyville KS.
Amazon is a featured employer on workamper.com if you want more details.
