Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Having just discovered RV-Dreams in February - a GREAT find - and having attended the fabulous April rally where I could not answer any of the ice breaker questions from the web site or journals, I've decided I better get with it. So to that end I've now read from the website About Us, the story of their full time decision and all entries up to the point where they changed the journal and are on the road for their first day. Farewell Party is over it's August 2, 2205 and I go to the web page for the archieves of August 2005. Open that and find there is no August 3. Am I lost? I can't find the entries from August 3 2005 to August 22, 2005 which is where the August 2005 journal begins. If I haven't totally confused you by now then you may be able to help me find the missing entries of the first two weeks of Fulltiming with Howard and Linda. Hope so. Thanks in advance. Sherry

I just went back to check the archives and all the dates are there. I just want to remind you that at the end of each "page" of journal entries is a small link entitled, "next" in an off color. (It is brown or gold on my browser, usually found under the links for comments and the date to the left of that.)
Of course, you have found so far that you need to give each "journal page" time to load since there are usually pictures on each page.
Let me know if you still can't find the entries. I have all of Howard and Linda's journal entries copied into Word.

Terry Thanks so much. That was it. I was "assuming" (what DID my mother tell me about that) that "next" meant going forward but in this case it means going backwards in time. I've found August 3, 2005 and am back on the road with them. Only 4.5 more years to go!
