Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Has anyone out there stayed at this state park. If so, did you prefer one campground over the other (Bear Paw vs Pine Ridge)? Need to make a reservation for our summer trip up there and just thought I'd check with you all.

yep, it looks good but only one real comment on the difference between the two campgrounds. However it is a moot point now, we went on and made a resevation as between Saturday to Sunday a whole lot of the sites were gone especially ones that were clear for both right and left slides. I do like how the minnesota site gives you that detail. If we weren't on a time schedule I probably would have tried for a non reservable. Can't wait until we are full timing and can play things more by ear. Once, we are out there will try to do reviews of the places we go.

Good news regarding the internet at Itasca State Park: Wireless internet access is now available at certain locations around Itasca State Park! Please note that signal strength may vary. Access available at the Jacob V. Brower Visitor Center, Douglas Lodge, Pine Ridge Campground, and all Itasca Suites. Bob in Minnesota
That will be a plus when we are there. Reseved for 5 nights in August. By then we will be complaining about the heat instead of the cold but this year I will have AC if needed, the tent just didn't have that accessory. :)
