Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Finally made it to the website! Thanks for telling me about it- you were right, there is a wealth of info on this site. I will be posting a link from my website, so others can find it. Did you guys get your new rig? If not, call me or come by. I am looking at a new 07 Mobile Suites sometime this week that has a side by side fridge. Thanks again for coming by to see me, I really enjoyed our visit. Alicia
I told you this was a good website and forum. Everyone on here seems to be friendly and willing to help. It is a blessing to be able to associate with such quality poeple.
For the benefit of those looking in on this thread, Rolling Retreats is a company made up of Alicia and her husband. They mostly buy repossessed fifth wheels at auction and then go through them checking out the systems and cleaning them up. Mostly, the units that Alicia looks for are DRV Suites models, formerly known as Doubletree RV. Those would be Elite Suites, Mobile Suites and Select Suites models. Their business is located in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Jo and I found Alicia to be very friendly and helpful. Our wishes of success go out to her and her husband.
Terry
