Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

First Tow of 5er

Everything went very smoothly today!  Breaking camp was absolutely no problem.  Hitching up went, I would say without a hitch....HA!  It went bang on perfect.  Very slick.  We are impressed with the location of the slides when in.  If we had to, we could make do overnight with slides in.  Again, pretty slick.

We have a rear galley.  No dishes danced on the floor!  That's a good thing!

The Montana pulls very smoothly.  No problems with turns.  Had a crosswind or headwind all the way home but no problems with stability.

Got that big baby pulled in to where we used to park "The Duck" only better positioned, landed, unhitched and unloaded, all quite simply.

To sum it up, WOW that was FUN!  biggrin

We don't get vacation until April, so any outings will be just two nights not wandering very far.  Don't know when we'll go out again, but we're both ready!

Thanks for all the positive vibes!

Cheers!

Have you joined the Montana Owners Club? Lots of good info there!

Glad all went well.

Phyllis,

Do you have a link to the Club?  I found one online but the forum posts seemed old...nothing very recent...

Thanks!

Betty
