Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
My wife and I have talked several times over the last 15 years how we would love to travel the country. Currently we have 3 boys ( 11, 11, and soon to be 9.) and a HUGE 119 lb. yellow lab named Remington. We are considering FT in two or six years. ??? Don't know if we can also take on the task of trying to homeschool all three boys. The 11's would graduate in six and 1/2 years. and then we would maybe just hs the younger one. We are use to being one the move. love to travel and meet new people.
We are planning in the same way...We however are going to shove off prior to the boy's entering high school. Our boys are 11 and 13 yrs old and we are trying to sell our house at the moment. Do you already have an RV? If not we researched quite a bit and settled on a large Toyhauler, kid hauler...Anyway welcome to the forum and ask away at this site. The fultimmers are a wealth of knowledge.

More and more people are home schooling their kids while traveling, but of course it depends on you and the kids. It would be great if you could go full-timing with the kids as there's so much for them to learn about our great country as they travel.
Good luck with your plans.
Jim
