Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
After years of planning and diligently reading this blog (and a few others), we are on the road!! We rolled out on Feb 1 and headed west. Now we are heading back east with a stop at the Escapee Escapade. We will miss the RV Dreams rally again this year as my parents will be celebrating their 50th (its my step dad!!) at the same time. But you all have fun and maybe next year!! If you get a chance, we have started a blog:
http://wearereadytoroll.blogspot.com/ and would love to hear your comments. I'm not much of a writer, and it seems hard to find the time to work on the blog as there are so many other things to do
Hope to see you on the road. We are currently in Amarillo....anyone else here?
Loralie

The blog looks good, ton's on information and pictures, it's gonna take a me a while to read all of it :) We are not in Texas, currently spending our summer workamping in Branson Missouri. Hope to see you down the road...

Not in Amarillo but we are in Texas...Carrollton area..Good to see you have made it out here. Sherri and I pull out of here in 3 weeks headed East to our home base for a month. I have added you to our list of reads...looks interesting.
We were in Amarillo a few weeks ago and stayed at the Oasis. It was a Passport America @ $16.50. The washers and dryers were free ( a first for us) and you could wash your rig at your sight. We're currently at the Escapee park in Branson. In a little bit we'll head north to the Elks pre rally and then to Sedalia for the Escapade.
