Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Hello I'm new at posting on this forum but have been her in the background. I have just baught a new jayco 5th wheel rv and will be picking it up at the end of the month. Me and the wife will both be retiring in July and plan to sell the stick and bricks. Then start full timing. I have no questions for you at this time as youve all answered most already. I wish all the best rving this coming summer.
Glad we've been able to answer your questions so far, but don't hesitate to ask if something new comes up.
If you've been lurking for awhile, you know what a friendly bunch we have here and how knowledgeable they are. And, to top it off, they're always eager to help. Also, and I can't say this enough, there are no silly or dumb questions on this forum. We all had to learn somehow, (sometimes at our own expense), and the only way to avoid that, is to ask.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new trailer.
Jim

Jim said it all....I have been RVing since 1975 and I still learn something new every day that goes by. When you hang out with this bunch of folks you can't help but learn something. And I am glad this group is around cause there are no stupid questions here...I have felt like many a time what I was asking might be stupid but I have always received a curtious answer and good information from all the members of this family. Some forums make you feel like your imposing on them asking questions but not here. Stick around and help us out...everyone can add a little information that might help another person out.
I just joined today and seem to only be able to add to a post but not start one myself. I am Chris and my husband Dave from Ontario, Canada. We are looking forward to fulltiming in the near future and hope to get more information from this great forum.
Currently we are only snowbirds. Too early for us to go fulltiming just yet as we have some really young grandchildren that we would like to enjoy for awhile just yet. We have sold our farm and now are working again and currently become property owners of several income properties at the moment. Building more equity for our future lifestyle.
If anyone can help me find my way around here that would be great. Thanks Chris and Dave F350 Crew Cab 37' Daydreamer 2006
