Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

New members from Kansas City metro

Hi, just thought I'd let you all know that there's  a couple of new members,  full timers,  from the K.C. metro area.  We've been retired for about a year and a half but full timing for almost three.  We will be leaving K.C. again Aug 1 for the Miami area to meet our new grandson.  We can't wait!   We'll be staying as C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines                   Dave and Linda

Welcome Dave and Linda,

Congratulations on the new grandson. We went to see a new grandson in N. Carolina last fall, and like you, we will be heading to FL this August. We have a granddaughter getting married on the 16th.

I'll bet it will be hot down there.smile

Feel free to jump right in with any questions, comments, or suggestions that you may have. There's a real friendly bunch on this forum who are always willing to help.

Have a good trip,

Jim

Welcome to the forum..this is the best site for any information you need. Everyone is very friendly and treat each other just like family. Congratulations on your new grandchild. We have our granddaughter and great granddaughter visiting us now. We are not full time yet, and live only about 65 miles from Kansas City on the Kansas side.

Oh, those grands are the greatest excuse to travel, aren't they? That's why I came to Cedar Breaks COE park on Lake Georgetown (TX). But tomorrow I must go back and get the house ready to sell. Enjoy your trip, and be sure to come back and let us know what you're doing. smile
