Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
WOOOHOOO!!! UNDER CONTRACT!!! - What a Super Bowl Sunday we had!!!! Now all the inspections begin but soon we hope to be on our way!!! Closing is set for February 28th but realtor says it may get extended as it will be a VA loan and we all know how the government can be! LOL!

I certainly know how the government works. Our buyer went FHA. What a pain, not only for us but for the buyer as well. Good Luck and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Congratulations!!! One more giant step towards "The Dream"!!!!

Thanks Debbie and Rod! Can't wait to be houseless! Maybe it won't be as bad as expected but at least we know what could happen and won't be suprised if it does.

Congratulations Jan & GC. Welcome to the wonderful world of full-timing. We have been full-timers for over 13 years and are still loving every minute of it.
Thanks Sherri and Joe! So far, so good. Furnace, hot water and Co2 tested and passed. We tested and passed our echo stress tests this morning, too! :) Saturday is the all house inspection and Monday they will bring out a Radon machine and set it up. Keeping our fingers crossed on all accounts. Don't know when the appraiser is coming yet. GC's last day to work is tomorrow. Then his work really starts as we pack up and move things into storage and the 5er. Now if it will only stop snowing and start melting so we can get out of here when the time comes!

Congrats Jan and GC May everything go smoooothly and works out great. Hopefully we will see you on the road somewhere. Have great and safe travels and journeys. Do something different whenever you can, don't be normal.
Thanks JC and Beverly! We hope it goes smoothly, too! I think our first stop will be at the dealership as GC doesn't like the sound the bedroom slide is making. He has already talked to the tech by phone and he thinks its a minor adjustment and shouldn't take long. The dealer is in Ogden, Utah and they've been hit with as much snow as we have so I am not looking forward to going there and hope it's cleared by the end of February. Then we will head south to Lake Powell. From there we are still considering our options.
Enjoyed your Blog. We have a motorcycle trailer for sale that is almost identical to yours. GC even had a silver dresser he pulled it with but not the same brand so I was really surprised when I saw the picture on your blog!
Today is GCs last day to work. Someone is taking him to breakfast, then a luncheon, and a dinner is being planned for later. He thinks he won't have time to clean out his office and will have to go back in another day just to do that! LOL!
