Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I've been reading this formum for quite a while but haven't yet posted. I am not a full-timer, but rather an extended traveler. We travel about three to six weeks at a time two or three times a year. So many of our issues are the same as those of full-timers.
I love to eat out but the budget requires a lot of eating in, so I'm always trying to collect new recipes that are easy to cook in a small RV (we travel in a Roadtrek, a class B RV). I have started a website at www.roadchefcuisine.com for those who like to share recipes and hints for cooking in their rv. I'd love to get new recipes!
Welcome to the forum....you might want to check out the website of a friend of mine. He's a chef as well and is working on a recipe site as well as chronicling his RVing & riding. The Oasis of My Soul
As for me, I'm bookmarking your site. I normally don't cook much now that I'm solo so I'm always looking for healthy eating tips with recipes for one at the top of the list. <g>
Ara is an interesting guy, we've been emailing for a while now since we both love to ride as well as RV. Some of his recipes are YUMMY looking and reallyh tempt me.
Welcome to the forum. My wife is always looking for new recipes, so we'll be sure to check out your site.
