Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I can hardly contain myself to write this. I'm so excited!!! We got an offer on our house and we accepted it!! WE ACTUALLY SOLD OUR HOUSE!!! It's been on the market for almost a year and a half. We'll be fulltiming by the end of October. God sure works in mysterious ways........
From what I hear that's how it works.......... just when you least expect it!! Yes I am jealous but I know it must be exciting to start such a new life.
Congrats and I hope God gives you as many years to enjoy being on the road as He has living in a stick house.
Be Safe, Billy

Wow!! CONGRATULATIONS!! We sure would like to know how that feels! LOL We have been on the market now for 2 weeks. I hope we don't have to wait another year. Anyway, great for you guys, I know you are excited and looking forward to this next chapter in your lives. Good luck and see down the road.
Welcome to full-timing!! Sometimes it takes a long time to sell the property, but I'm sure you'll find that the wait was worth it.

Congrats, We are sure that you are feeling much better today. Nothing like being on the road. Never had a bad day camping, must be something about living with nature. Congrats again!
Thank you everybody for the congrats. We are so appreciative of everybody. It feels so good to have so many people rooting for us. Can't wait to get outta here!!!
That is marvellous, Debbie and Rod !! I know how anxiously you have been awaiting this. Now, once all the dust settles, and the closing is over, you will be able to start the new chapter of your lives. Congratulations, Penny, TX
Debbie...that is great!! Hope you can make it to Branson... and how about to Quartzite in January for the Class of 2007 graduation??? Look forward to meeting you! M&B
We meet with Realtor tonight. Just getting info on what we can expect for a selling price. Daughter looking to buy on a lease/purchase. She and finace starting coffee distribution business. They need to know their costs for their business plan. They have secured Ireland and Lacas coffee as the sole distributors in this area. Looks like our house with acreage and large storage building would be idea. Everything works for the best.
So - Deb and Rob - everything packed and ready to go?
Thank you so much everybody!! We really do appreciate the well wishes. We don't close until the 25th of October and we have a vacation planned for the 3rd till the 17th. The buyer said we could leave whatever furniture we didn't want so really the only thing we have to pack up is the dishes and clothes. This will be the first time we've ever been excited to come home from vacation!! YAAAHOOOO!!!!
Debbie and Rod, Congratulations, That is wonderful news. And you are getting a vacation too. Wow, yes you will enjoy coming back to the house just so you can hit the road. Sooooo happy for you!!!!!!!!!
