Generators, what to buy?
(Preview)
The next item on our checklist is a good generator, we will be boondocking part of the time. I'm thinking of starting with a 2,000 watt Honda or something equivilant, then adding another later. I doubt we will be needing the air conditioner until next summer. Any suggestions or advice?

Steering Stabilizers, Opinions? Experience?
(Preview)
Apparently, my model of 2004 Fleetwood Fiesta Workhorse Chassis had some sort of issues with steering, like it wants to wander. I looked for any recalls, didn't find any for that issue, but I did find posts on other forums about steering stabilizers, rear sway bars, getting new shocks, etc. So, opini...

AirTabs Anyone?
(Preview)
A commenter on You Tube suggested I look into AirTabs to make the Class A easier to drive. These are plastic thingies you glue to the back end of a truck, trailer or RV to make it more aerodynamic, by creating a vortex of air... they are not that expensive, about $220 for a set, maybe less, I need to measure m...

I'm quite sure the best security we will have is my 3 year old Lap / Retriever, "Pup" but I think I would like a security system. I am clueless. We have decided we will continue to have a second vehicle due to the amount of "stuff" we need for Dale's art show biz. We need to buy something to aid us in communication as we're going down the road. Cell phones just didn't work well yesterday through the mountains of Montana. We've had w...

Water Softener

We just bought the On-The-Go system. The double size, and are happy so far. The smaller size would have probably fit in the wet bay but I will have to Regen the larger one less often so I guess there are trade offs. One thing I found out by setting the unit outside. If it is in the sun it acts like a water heat...

I imagine that many of us use picnic tables very often, as they are usually part of the camp site.
